Alan Kmiecik is a Sales Enablement and Technology Consultant with over 25 of years applying technology to solve business problems and enabling sales teams to sell technology solutions.

With extensive experience as a project manager and as a global sales enablement program manager, he currently specializes in helping start-ups, small and medium businesses meet business goals by implementing technologies that improve the effectiveness of their sales organization.

Alan began his career in 1982 at IBM, where he held positions as a Systems Engineer, Sales Representative, IBM , Senior Technical Instructor/Developer, Executive Briefing Center Presenter, Marketing Program Manager, Sales Operations Manager and Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Alan has a unique set of technical knowledge and sales skills. He capitalizes on that combination by ensuring that every technology decision made has a solid business benefit.

In 2005, he left his position as the IBM Global SMB Life Sciences Sales Enablement Manager in Emerging Technologies to consult with small to medium sized business. He specializes in enabling technical sales organization to succeed, CRM implementations, ecommerce and web marketing and strategies.
